3 TALAQ IN MUSLIM PERSONAL LAW & UNIFORM CIVIL CODE

Allah ne Insaan ko paida farmaya aur usko kayi sifat se sarfaraz farmaya,jaisa ke quran e kareem me irshad e rabbani hai,ke Rahman Allah ne Insaan ko paida kiya aur Bayan(talkin power) sikhaya.

(Surah rahman,ayat:1..3)

to Aaj hum insaan ki 2 sifat ke bare me wazahat karne ki koshish karenge ke

1) Mohabat,Rishtah jisko Tamaddun bhi kahte hai,

2) Zuban KI TAQAT,Guftugu etc…

insaan ki pahli aur doosri sifaat ko mazeed buland karne keliye DEEN E ISLAM ki Nemat sone pe suhaga sabit hoti hai,to jo musalman bandah apne Rishteh aur tamaddun ko taraqqi dena chahe to usko kisi se rishtah qayim karna hoga to uskeliye Rasool e Akram(sallallahualhiwasallm) ne Nikah karne ka hukm diya farmaya :NIKAH KARNA MERI SUNNAT HAI,JO MERI SUNNAT SE MOO(FACE) PHEREGA TO WO MUJH SE NAHI

Ab Nikah musalman keliye sirf Shahwat ka zariyah Nahi raha balke wo to Sunnat hogaya,jisko Her musalman apni zimmahdari aur Allah ke Hukm per Amal awari samajhta hai,kyu ke ek aur hadees me aya hai,ke jo nikah kiya usne apna Aadah Deen Mukammal karliya,Nikah ke baad islam ne Bandah e Momin ko Bivi aur Ladki ko Shohar ke Huqooq ki taleem se nawaza hai,ke Jo shohar apne gharwalo aur Bivi per jo paisa kharch karta hai,to Allah usko Sadqah ka sawab ata karta hai,

Us bandeh ki mehnat ko Allah ibadat ka darjah ata karta hai,shohar ko apni bivi aur Bacho ki Zimmahdar aur unka qawwam banaya,aur Ladki(Bivi) ko taleem di ke wo apne shohar aur apne awlaad ki achi tarbiyat kare aur unki nigarani kare phir uska shohar us se razi hojaye to Allah bhi us bandi se razi hojata hai    (Jamiut tirmiz,vol/2)

to dosto Nikah ka matlab islam me sirf Jismani wa shahwani khahish poori karne ka naam Nahi hai,balke ye to Zindagi ki takmeeli aur Ibadat ke khushoo aur Aurat wa mard ke Hifazat ka zariyah hai,lehaza ye Sifat e Mohabbat se zahir hota hai.

2) Zuban,,Islam me Momin mard wa Aurat ke Zuban ki badi ahmiyyat hai,to us zuban ki taqat Har kisi ko Allah ne unki zahni wa fitri Taqat ke Lehaz se ata kiya hai,Kyu ke fitrati taur per Mard aur Aurat ki Taqat mukhtalif hoti hai,Mard Mazboot Badan,Pokhta khayal aur Mohkam Fikr wala hota hai,aur Aurat ki taqat is tarah Nahi hoti hai,isi liye to Allah ne Taaj e Nubuwwat aur Risalat Mardo ko hi ata kiya hai,Khawateen ko nahi lehaza Dunya me Jitne Nabi wa Rasool aye hai,wo Mard hi aye hai,kisi Aurat ko Nabi  ya Rasool bana kar Nahi bheja gaya kyu ke Us MANSAB ko sambhalne ki taqat Aurato me Nahi hoti hai,balke mardo me hoti hai,

Bahrehal ye Allah ka faislah hai,aur isme hi Mard,Aurat aur sab ki bhalayi hai,to Mard ko hi Allah ne Talaq dene ki taqat ata ki hai,uska matlab ye Nahi hai,ke Mard jab chahe ya jaise chahe Talaq de,balke ek saath 3 Talaq dene se bhi mana farmaya hai,haan ye baat hai,ke 3 Talaq dene se talaq to hojayegi magar islam ne usko dene se roka hai,aur islam ne to pahle Miya Bivi ko apne aapko samajhne aur sambhalne,Khushi wa gham me shamil rahne ke saath ek doosre se mohabbat wa mawaddat ki taleem se nawaza hai,jab aakhir kaar Miya wa Bivi me ittefaq wa muvafaqat na horahi ho aur dono pane zimmahdariyo wa Huqooq ko sambhal na parahe ho jaisake ek imarat(Building) Khushnuma wa khubsoorat kyu na ho magar uski bunyad(base) khokli wa kamzor hojaye to us imarat(building) ko hi tod dena padega warna saare ghar wale hi khatam hojayenge bilkul isi tarah miya bivi ki ye halat hojaye to aysi soorat me 1 Talaq dene ka hukm hai,warna Dono khandan walo ke rishte to khatam hojayege hi uske saath dushmani bhi hojayegi jo ke bilkul ghalat aur dono keliye noqsandah hai,lehaza jab Dono ko apni Ghalatiyo aur khamiyo ka ehsaas hojaye to phir unko Mil kar rahne ka hukm diya hai,islam to Miya(Husband) Bivi(wife) ko Jodne ki koshish karta hai,na ke un dono ko todne ki koshish isiliye to Hadees me aya hai,ke jab koi Bandah zameen per Talaq deta hai,to Allah ka Arsh Aasman per Harkat karne lagta hai,

aur ye talaq dena Quran se sabit hai,Quran ka her Hukm Momin keliye Beshumar faido ka hamil hota hai,jis tak insaani aqal nahi pahonch sakti hai,lehaza hum muslam Allah,Rasoolullah(sallallahualihwasallam)  aur Quran,wa Hadees ko hi Chirage Raah,Raahnumaye Hayat aur  hamara qanoon maante hai,aur wahi hamare liye 2 jahano me kamiyabi ka zariyah hai,usko thaam kar chelenge to her maidan me kamiyab honge aur usko Hum Uniform Civil Code ke Naam per jo ke islami Ahkamaat ke khilaf hai,jisme 3 Talaq ka inkaar hai,aur Talaq me Aurato ki ijazat bhi zaroori hai,jo ke Qurani ayato ke mukhalif hai,Uniform Civil code ki wajah chod denge to 2 jahan me ruswa wa Na Murad hojayenge,aur har jagah Na kamiyabi ki soorat dekhni padegi,kyu ke is se quran ke hukm se moo pherna aur iska inkaar karna lazim ayega,jo ke ek momin jab tak jaan baaqi rahe wo Nahi karsakta hai,to

musalmano hume “HINDUSTAN(INDIA) ME UNIFORM CIVIL CODE KI MUKHALIFAT KARNI HAI,AUR MUSLIM PERSONAL LAW KI HIMAYAT KARNI HAI”

Hum sabko ek hona hai,aur dunya walo ko jo islam aur musalmano ke khilaf sazishe bana rahe hai,unko Na kaam karna hai,to ab hame kisi maslak wa maktab e fikar ke bare me soncha nahi hai,balke Kalimah ki Bunyad per Ek Hojana hai,aur dushmano ke khilaf Zuban,Qalam aur Qanoon ke zariyah ladna hai,aur islam aur islami Qanoon wa shareeat per qayim rahne hai,
