Hazrat Abu Hurairah(raziyallahuanhu) se rivayat hai,kaha,Rasool e Akram(Sallallahualihiwasallam) ne farmaya :Jab koi Raat me Is Halat me sojaye(sleeping) ke uske Haath me Chiknayi lagi ho aur Usko koi Cheez Noqsan pahonchaye to Ab wo apne aap Per hi Malamat kare doosro pe Malamat Na Kare.(Vol/2,H,No :1980),

Dars :Is hadees e paak me Zindagi ke kayi Gosho per Raushni dali gayi hai,ke :

●● Jab Insaan koi Kaam kaare aur usme wo Sahi Planning Na kare phir Baad me Noqsan uthaye phir wo Doosro pe Gile shikweh kare to isko Be waqoofi kahte hai,Kyu ke Kaam se Pahle Sahi planning aur Uske Faideh aur Noqsanaat per Nazar rakh kar hi kaam karna hai,warna Nahi kyu ke aysa karne se baad me Noqsan hi hota hai,
■■ Raat me sone se pahle Bandeh ko chahiye ke Apne Haatho aur Badan ke wo hisseh per jis per koi Chikni ya Meethi cheez etc, lagi ho to usko achi Tarah saaf karlena chahiye isiliye Sone se pahle Miswak karne ki Taleem bhi digayi hai,aur Ye Sunnat bhi hai,
